Back to normal life

So .. The great vacation has ended. I loved December, it was my favorite month of 2008.

.

I had a great time in Dubai for 12 days with a lot of friends kept visiting me. I also went to lebanon for the new year and just came back to Kuwait last night.

Now it’s time to enjoy winter in Kuwait which is the best winter in the world. So much fun staying home infront of the heater, or going out to brrr, or feeling cozy and chilled in the car. I love winter.

3 weeks off .. ohhh mama!

I love December it’s my favorite month every year .. and this year it’s special. First, a long week off for Eid el Ath7a (3eedkom mbarak ALL), then 1 week to Dubai to attend a course for Work, and the week after is going to be another off for me.

I’ve been starving lately .. all the time ..

AND I HATE it !!

I like Sushi now!

.

For some reason .. and out of the blue .. I started liking Sushi!!

The story is ..

A few years back I went to a REAL Japanese restaurant in Crown Plaza if I remember correctly, it was my first time to try Sushi .. rounds looked good .. I tried one and for my GREAT LUCK it had a long smelly slice of ROW fish God knows what kind of fish it was. The “zfarah” went directly to my nose and up to my head. No need to tell you what happened next .. but since that day .. NO MORE SUSHI NO MORE JAPANESE FOOD!

Now a few years later, with the evolution of Sushi-mania and Maki we are seeing lately, I kinda felt like trying some, because some Sushi really looks good now and so different than what I saw a few years back.

SO ANYWAY ..

To make story short, I went to Maki and honestly I enjoyed it. I know Maki is not real Japanese but that’s the good part about it. Because I DON’T WANT real Japanese!

SO, THAT TAKES US TO ANOTHER ISSUE ..

Why is it .. when I order sushi .. and ask them to “NOT PUT” salamon, crabs, octopus.. or whatever .. they tell me “but we will charge extra for that” ??? .. Aren’t I saving YOU money by not adding these weird expensive creatures?! .. Even at NINO when I order the “Veal Melanise” I ask to replace the fries with rocca salad .. they charge me extra .. WHY?? .. Aren’t I saving you some fries?? .. because I KNOW rocca is WAY cheaper than fries.. so why charging “extra”?!?! ..You OWE ME money dumb fools!! ..

Ouch!

It’s been a while I know, for those of you who keep checking.

Well for 3 reasons,

first is that my mobile camera suddenly stopped working and it’s really irritating me. The whole mobile is working perfectly except for the camera chinna 3naad!! .. and I don’t like posting something without attaching a picture I took.

and second, I’ve been having this severe lower-back pain and I’ve been home for a few days now. I hope I can go back to work tomorrow.

third, I started playing the much-debated-game travian.com ..still not too much excitement but I can feel I’m gonna like it soon. Once I start INVADING PEOPLE!!!

UPDATE: I saw the movie and honestly I’m disapointed.

The previous one “Casino Royale” was WAY better!..

but still his acting is amazing as usual

I can’t wait to see this movie, I’m going this Saturday inshallah!

Daniel Craig is doing an amazing job as James Bond that I had to get his exact same Omega he wore in “Casino Royale” .. let’s hope he wears Swatch in this one. (hehe)
